YOUR FIVE-DAY PLAN:
Day 1: The reality check. There's a difference between having your information stored and making it accessible to someone else, so today you complete your Digital Access and Recovery Page and your Vital Documents Locator to find out which one you actually have. And yes, we do this with paper and pencil, not another app you have to learn.
Day 2: Your money. Every account where money comes in, goes out, or sits, including your income, retirement, and benefits, and the credit cards and debt your family would need to know about.
Day 3: Your safety net. Your medical and health information, your insurance, and your home, auto, and property, the pieces that keep your family protected and the ones most often overlooked.
Day 4: Your life online. Your digital, social media, and cloud accounts, plus your subscriptions and memberships, from your streaming logins to everything quietly pulling money from your accounts. Business owners also complete a Business Accounts page (optional).
Day 5: Your finished system. Everything comes together into one clear system. With your Emergency Contact Page in place, you leave knowing where your system goes, who needs to know about the location, and what comes next.

What do I need to take part?
You will need a device for Zoom, a pen or pencil, and a printer. You will join the sessions on Zoom and complete your worksheets on paper. Keep your finished system in a secure place your trusted person knows how to access. Each day's worksheets are sent for that session, so you will print a few pages at a time.
Will I share my passwords or account numbers during Zoom?
No. You will never share passwords, account numbers, or private financial information during our sessions. You complete your worksheets privately and choose a secure place to store them.
What if I can't make a live session?
Every session builds on the previous one, but life happens. Reach out to me directly and we will make sure you do not fall behind.
Does this give the person I trust legal access to my accounts?
No. This experience helps you document what exists, where information is stored, and where the person you trust should begin. Legal authority comes from account ownership, powers of attorney, and other legal documents.
